Returns

Returns for most products are accepted up to 14 days after purchase, unless otherwise noted. A restocking fee of 20% will be implemented, and buyers are responsible for the return shipping. DIY Plans are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Coupon Codes
When entering a coupon code, codes are case sensitive and MUST be typed exactly as shown.

PLEASE NOTE: DIY Plans are delivered via email as a PDF file and are NOT mailed with the product. Plans are NON-REFUNDABLE.

International Shipping Policy

International Shipping Disclaimer:

All International orders are priced in US dollars unless otherwise stated and shipped via USPS International. While many packages arrive to their final destination without issues, Dog Gon Wild, Inc, is not responsible once the package arrives in the destination country. Although shipping will be made as timely as possible, the 7-14 shipping will not apply.The buyer is responsible for contacting their local postal service provider to address any delay, loss or damage.The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes that may apply to your purchase. We are unable to issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Downloadable plans are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decline receipt or return of your order no international shipping charges, customs fees or taxes will be refunded. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Customs Office, as Dog Gon Wild, Inc cannot advise you about your country’s customs policies.

International Shipping Costs

International shipping will be processed through USPS. Up to 4.5lbs will be sent International First Class mail. 4.5lbs and up will be sent International Priority mail.
